Holiday Shipping

Please note: we will not be shipping out orders placed on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1. Please refer to the shipping cut off dates to ensure on-time arrival of orders. 

Shipping Method

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note: Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Holiday Shipping Window

*FREE SHIPPING applies to subtotal values over $100. If an applied discount brings the subtotal below $100, free shipping may not apply.

**Expedited shipping orders must be received by 4 PM EST to be eligible to ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 4 PM EST will ship on the next business day.

LIKELY will provide a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. LIKELY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather.

We are unable to guarantee shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note for all APO/ FPO military addresses, we can only ship via Smartpost.

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping to US states outside the continental US and Canada. Please note that orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Returns Procedure

Please note: You must print out the label from the returns portal once your request is approved.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 90 days from the date of receipt.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, LIKELY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked by delivered, theft is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for stolen package.
If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.

Make sure to:
  • Check around the property, around your doors, porches, decks, mailboxes, and the garage. If you live in an apartment, check your front desk or mailroom.
  • Check with your carrier; they may have left it at your pre-determined drop off location or hidden from street view to prevent mail theft.
  • Check with the neighbors; it could have been delivered next door.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. LIKELY does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet those above return requirements at sole discretion.

Please note, we can not guarantee sizing availability for the exchanged item, so if you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Price Adjustments

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Printing Your the Return Label

Complete your return by using the returns portal on our site. Print the return label from the returns portal. A return label is provided for orders only if shipped within the continental United States.
Please note: $7.00 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit.

  • Affix the label to the package and drop it at any FedEx location.
  • Your return label is trackable and can be used for all US addresses.

Damaged Orders

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at immediately.
