Expedited shipping orders must be received by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time to be eligible to ship the same day.
  • Expedited orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST will ship the next business day.
  • We can ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO military addresses through Smartpost, but we cannot guarantee shipping to these addresses.
    We currently only offer international shipping to US states outside the continental US and Canada.
    *Orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.
    If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@likely.nyc. Please check with neighbors and family members who may have been home during delivery. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return your unworn items, you can ship it back to us for a refund.
    *All orders shipped outside the continental United States are non-returnable and non-refundable, including states and territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
    Your LIKELY can be returned if:
    • All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • All merchandise must have all tags attached and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
    • All items should be returned in their original packaging Shipping charges are not refundable.
    • Upon receipt of returned goods, LIKELY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
    • An excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
    Sale items must follow the same return policy as our full-price items (please see above). Please note: sale items cannot be returned if they are marked as FINAL SALE.
    Returns should be shipped back to us within the 30 day window from your delivery date to be eligible for a refund!

    All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at customerservice@likely.nyc immediately.
