International

We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Expedited orders placed after 5pm EST will ship on the next business day.

LIKELY will provide a FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.

We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

Returns

LIKELY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days from date of receipt.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, LIKELY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Refund Processing

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on likely.nyc. Please note we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Price Adjustments

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Returns Procedure

Follow the directions on the back of your packing list. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.

Using the Pre-Paid Return SmartPost® Label

Your packing list will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return SmartPost® label. No postage is required. Please note: $7.00 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit when using the SmartPost®.

Affix the SmartPost® to the package, drop it in the mail, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Your SmartPost® is trackable. Please email customer service to check on the status of your return package. SmartPost® can be used for all US addresses including APO/FPO addresses and US Territories.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. LIKELY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather. LIKELY does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet that above return requirements at sole discretion.
