Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*FREE SHIPPING applies to subtotal values over $100 for orders shipping within the Continental US. If an applied discount brings the subtotal below $100, free shipping may not apply.

**Expedited shipping orders must be received before 12 PM EST to be eligible to ship the same day. Expedited orders received after 12 PM EST will ship on the next business day. Please note overnight orders shipping on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as we do not offer Saturday delivery.

LIKELY will provide a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Please note for all APO/ FPO military addresses.

Changes to Order

Please note, once an order has been placed we cannot make changes. This includes but not limited to adding items to the existing order, changing a size for an item in an existing order, shipping speed, or combining multiple orders. Please request your order to be canceled within 1 hour of the order being placed and place a new order with the correct information.

International Shipping

We currently only offer international shipping to US states outside the continental US and Canada. Please note all orders shipped outside the continental US do not qualify for expedited shipping.

Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by LIKELY in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events occur. The shipping speed chosen during check out will be what service is chosen when shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as this is out of our control. If your package is lost during transit and has not yet been delivered, we can assist in reaching out to FedEx.

Returns

LIKELY wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items, you can ship it back to us in the original packaging for a refund.

Start your return online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be initiated.

All orders shipped outside the continental United States are non-returnable and non-refundable, including states and territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Please note our return policy:

  • All returns requested within 14 days from the day of delivery will qualify for store credit or refund.
  • All returns requested within 30 days from the day of delivery will qualify for store credit.
  • All returns must be shipped within 30 days of the return request.
  • Once a form of refund is selected, it cannot be changed.
  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, dirty or washed. 
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, LIKELY reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
  • Orders shipped outside the continental United States are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
  • Please note that an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Returns for Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns, as they follow the same return policy as full price items unless shipped outside the continental US or marked as "FINAL SALE" in the product description.

Refund Processing

Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.

Exchanges

UPDATED: At this time, we cannot accommodate exchanges. Please request to return the item that did not work and place a new order for the new item. 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Price Adjustments

Please note that during promotion periods, promotional offers cannot be applied towards previous purchases.

Price Matching

We can offer price matching for products where both size and color are available at both Likely.nyc and the other retailer. These request must be made within 48 hours of the order being placed to qualify.

Printing Your the Return Label

Start your return online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us. You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to be initiated. A return label is provided for orders only if shipped within the continental United States. Please note: $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit.

Your return label is trackable and can be used for all US addresses.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. LIKELY is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside our control such as weather. LIKELY does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet those above return requirements at sole discretion.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us at customerservice@likely.nyc immediately.
